you may have noticed that companies often advertise
‘no call-out
charge’, they neglect to inform the
standard labour charge is over £80 per hour –with no discount.
We will not charge a call out Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm,
excluding bank and public holidays.

Questions and answers;
Q: Is
there a call out charge?
A: No. There
is no call out charge, only a labour charge.
Q: Does
this mean you work for free?
A: No. Work is
generally charged on an hourly rate basis. The current rate is £80 per hour – with a 50% discount applicable on most works.
Q: My
sockets do not work in part of my house; can you come and give a free estimate
to fix the work?
A: No. This
type of work is fault finding and investigation work- this is chargeable at the
prevailing hourly rate. If we do work we generally charge.
There is a Labour Charge and a Call-Out charge for
works OUTSIDE normal business hours.
This charge varies
depending on time, date of call. Other factors may apply (distance for
example), please call for more information.
