inspection Report (including portable appliance testing)

Visual
Inspection Report (portable appliance testing as an option)
It is not a
legal requirement to have a home you are renting checked electrically, but you
have a duty of care.
If you have it
checked by a competent
installer you will have taken all reasonable steps if anything untoward
were to happen.
If you fail to
have the property checked by a competent
person and an unfortunate incident were to occur; you as a landlord will
have to prove you took all reasonable steps.
