Building Standards in Scotland

Since 1^st May 2005 new building regulations have came into force in Scotland.

The new Building Standards regime only applies to applications made from 1^st May 2005.

a.b.c. Electrical are approved to certify building warrant work in compliance with the new building act.

We have achieved the standards to become ‘Approved Certifiers of Construction’.

When you use a.b.c. Electrical for your electrical building warrant work we will provide certification for any building warrant work, done by ourselves at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
